Health Disclaimer
Massage therapy supports relaxation and comfort. It does not replace medical care. Last updated October 25, 2026.
Massage Therapy Is Not Medical Care
The massage sessions and information on this website are for relaxation, comfort, and general wellness. Massage is not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a physician or other qualified healthcare provider, and I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
Talk to Your Doctor First
Check with your healthcare provider before booking a session if any of the following applies to you:
- You are pregnant
- You have had recent surgery or an injury
- You have a heart condition, blood clots, or you take blood thinners
- You have cancer, an infection, a skin condition, or a fever
- You have ongoing pain that has not been evaluated
Tell Me About Your Health
Before each session I ask about your goals and any health concerns. Please share anything that matters to your comfort and safety, and tell me right away if you feel pain or discomfort during a session so I can adjust pressure and technique.
Emergencies
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911. Do not wait for an appointment.
Individual Results Vary
Every body responds differently. Client testimonials on this site describe individual experiences. They are not guarantees of any result.
